Double Star Radio: FOUR - COLOR ME, POP !

 

Musicians’ colour of skin has never been important to me, thus Chuck Berry would be played along Eddie Cochran, Gene Vincent along Bo Diddley. Nevertheless, Black Music (with capital letters) in general was something specific. I was/am really into Soul, Funk, Jazz Rock. So it’s about time to add some black music to this blog. “Four – Color Me, Pop!” is a kind of greatest hits compilation mixing different genres. This compilation is nothing special, nothing obscure, just plain good music to bring sunshine to our lives, however sad and blue some of the tunes might be.
